The Cardinals engaging in yoga with Dana. Dana who teaches in Kindergarten joined us and showed us some yoga poses such as dog, cat, bunny, cow, giraffe, and tree! We are planning to continue doing yoga with our Cardinals each week!

The Cardinals in our first Spanish class in the Spanish room with our Spanish teacher Alicia! Each friend introduced themselves and said they favorite color or animal. Alicia told the Cardinals that at the end of each class a Cardinal friend will have a turn to squeeze La vaca (the cow) which says good bye in Spanish. This week is was Alycia's turn!!

The Cardinals were very happy to see the amazing drawings that you all left for them. These pictures are topics of conversation as friends talk about similarities and differences.
The Cardinals in our first Library class in the Library with our Lower School Librarians Michelle and Ashanti! Michelle read us a story, then each friend chose a book and check it out with Ashanti. The Cardinals then walked back to our classroom with their books!! The books will stay in our classroom until next library class.
